What Happens If...
The event is cancelled?
If the event is officially cancelled by the organiser and no replacement date is announced, FanVoyage will issue a full refund for your entire package, including hotel and transfer costs. We will notify you as soon as we receive confirmation of the cancellation and process your refund within 14 business days.
The event is rescheduled?
If the event is rescheduled to a new date, your booking will automatically be updated to the new date at no extra cost, subject to hotel and transfer availability. If the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund or credit towards a future booking. Our team will reach out to you directly to discuss your options.
The venue is changed?
In the rare event that the venue changes, we will do our best to adjust your hotel and transfer arrangements accordingly. If the change significantly affects your trip, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative package.
I cannot attend for personal reasons?
Personal cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in our Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances.
