1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the FanVoyage website (fanvoyage.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the platform.
2. Our Services
FanVoyage is an event travel platform that offers curated packages combining event tickets, hotel accommodation, and transfer services for sporting events, concerts, festivals, and other live experiences worldwide.
FanVoyage acts as the merchant of record for all transactions processed through the platform. We coordinate with third-party suppliers including hotels, ticket providers, and transport companies to deliver the services included in each package.
All packages are subject to availability. Prices displayed on the website are per person and may vary based on the selected options, room type, and date of booking.
3. Booking and Payment
When you complete a booking on FanVoyage, you enter into a binding agreement with FanVoyage for the provision of the selected package. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a deposit option is explicitly offered for the selected package.
- We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
- Prices are quoted in the currency displayed on the event page. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details provided during booking are accurate and complete, including guest names as they appear on valid identification documents.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by event and package type. The specific cancellation terms for your booking will be displayed during the checkout process and included in your booking confirmation email.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund minus an administration fee.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event date may incur a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the total package price.
- Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event date are generally non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability
FanVoyage coordinates services provided by third-party suppliers. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the quality and reliability of our packages:
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, or event organisers.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or civil unrest.
- We strongly recommend that customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings for the duration of their trip.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
